Why Hungary?

hungary
Hungary has been a member of the European Union since the 1st of May 2004. It means that your company can employ Hungarians without any restrictions or difficulties. This Central-European country with its ten million inhabitants is famous for its agriculture, hospitality, and ahievements in many disciplines. According to the experiences and feedbacks, Hungarian employees are known as diligent and tough workers abroad.

An employee can be satisfied with Hungarians' skills also. Our educational system is different from the ones of most western countries. After eight years of elementary school students can choose between vocational school and secorndary school. Both take four years and both give a graduation, but the latter gives them a really high level of over-all knowledge with less practice. The vocational school gives students a basic knowlege, but they become an expert of a technical profession. A big number of secondary-school students choose to continue their studies in college or university. Many students from Western-European countries come to learn in Hungarian universities, especially in technical and medical areas.

We also have to mention the low wage thresold in Hungary. Actually, the average salary in Hungary is about 400 Euros per month. It means that a lower salary in your country is still a high salary for a Hungarian worker. And this also means that employing them is an advantage for both the employer and the employee!

Many Hungarian can speak foreign languages, now they usually study English or German in elementary and secondary school. Today the majority of youth can speak English at an adequate level, while the older generations can quickly improve their English knowledge as well.
